Severa Magia DB fix

Description:
In vanilla Morrowind, while working for the Morag Tong, you are eventually tasked with executing the region's local Night Mother, Severa Magia.
After working your way through the ruins of Ald Sotha, you eventually confront her, and are met with instant disappointment; instead of a hive of assasin, or a makeshift hide or guild hall, you are presented by Bethesada with a wooden chair, a desk, a few gold
coins, a few scrolls, and so on. This mod changes that, by pulling from Tribunal's assets and those of the community, to present a truer hideout worthy of the Dark Brotherhood.
